     As a result of the increasing eruption of  teenage violence in urban America, J. Morris Anderson, founder, and executive director of the American Institute of Positivity, and founder, producer and syndicator of the Miss Black America Pageants for several decades, decided that the American Institute of Positivity’s  Success Seekers Seminars which have been so successful in causing Miss Black America Contestants to become super stars; acquire superior  self management skills; increase their self confidence, upgrade their self  image; heighten their self esteem; love themselves;  develop more respect for their peers;  learn to set reachable positive, non-violent goals; accomplish their long and short term objectives; and, acquire unimaginable fortunes and fame.

      The AIP figured this formula could be offered to a much wider group of respondents, and provide a remedy to the death and destruction that on-going teenage violence is triggering.

     In our American Urban Areas, violence has become the arch enemy of communication. Black men are being wiped out to the point of degeneration.   At this point, when there is the most trivial disagreement, it is settled with murderous, and spontaneous violence, accompanied with bloodshed, carnage, and, death.
